These terms govern your use of TurnOnBlue (the "Service"), operated by BEASTCOIN OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 16235857, VAT EE102775958), registered office Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Maakri tn 19/2, 10145, Estonia. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. The Service
TurnOnBlue is a marketplace for digital game activation keys, delivered electronically. Keys are sourced from our own stock, authorised suppliers, and verified third-party sellers. Each listing states the platform, region, and edition.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT and payment fees — the price on the product is the price you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Title to a key passes once payment is captured and the key is delivered.
3. Delivery
Keys are delivered electronically to your account, normally instantly. You are responsible for confirming platform, region, and edition compatibility before purchase.
4. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which is lost once supply begins with your prior express consent. See our Withdrawal Policy.
5. Purchase protection
If a delivered key is invalid, used, or for the wrong region, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, subject to our dispute process and a 24-hour response window.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell keys obtained for personal use, use the Service fraudulently, or attempt to circumvent its security. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your EU country of residence. The European ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
